The call for CODECON #Bratislava 2026 is now open! We’ll meet on May 14, 2026, so be sure to submit your application by the end of February.

At CODECON, we welcome talks on a wide range of topics, including: AI and Data, Architecture and Design Patterns, Libraries, Frameworks, and Applications (Mobile & Web), Quality Assurance and Automation, Cybersecurity and Security, Cloud and Cloud Services for Developers, Gaming – Tools, Design & App Development, Empowering Tech Professionals: The Role of Soft Skills. A good talk is one that inspires the community and provides valuable experience.

Yes! Speakers will receive light snacks and drinks throughout the conference.

As a speaker, you will have the opportunity to present your ideas to a relevant audience, gain visibility within the IT community among over 5,000 developers, establish new contacts and collaborations, and much more.

In the agenda, we have two main talk formats: 20 minutes (High Level Talk) and 50 minutes (Deep Session Talk).

The final talk length is determined by the Program Committee based on your abstract and topic, while also taking the speaker’s preferences into account.

Yes! The conference provides basic technical equipment, including an LED display, microphone, internet connection, and more. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know in advance.

Yes! All lectures will be recorded and made available on the official CODECON YouTube channel @codecon_sk.

Yes! You may bring promotional materials, such as flyers or QR codes to download your presentation, after consulting with the organizing team.

Absolutely! Activities that support the developer community are always welcome. We do ask that you consult with us beforehand so we can coordinate and ensure your activities fit seamlessly into the conference program.

Before entering the conference, please have your QR code or ticket ready, which you received by email after successful registration. After presenting a valid ticket at the entrance, you can collect a wristband, granting you access for the entire day.

Yes! The conference features dedicated networking zones where you can connect with other participants, speakers, and partners.

Most lectures will be delivered in Slovak, and simultaneous translation into English will not be provided.

The program includes a one-hour lunch break, during which you can enjoy a full hot meal. We recommend planning your lunch in advance – make a reservation at a restaurant or order through Wolt, Bolt Food, Bistro.sk, or another delivery service. Please note that as CODECON is a free conference, lunch for visitors is not provided.

Drinks will be available throughout the conference, including water and coffee dispensers at the venue. Beer and wine can be purchased at the café.

At CODECON, we strive to be eco-friendly and environmentally conscious. That’s why, once again this year, there will be no paper program. Instead, you can access the complete schedule, speaker profiles, information about accompanying activities, and live updates through the CODECON mobile app.
